Themes:
The scope of the conference includes but is not limited to the following topics as they relate to e-Learning in both theoretical and technological perspectives, edutainment, hardware tool, software tool, Content, LMS, Standard, Communication etc.

- Edutainment Workshop in beautiful Koh Surin which has so far been little visited because of the absence of any commercial activity or permanent population other than Sea Gipsies on the islands, all of which are a protected area.  It is one of the most remarkable panoplies of coral reef life to be found anywhere.
